Love this place! Food is great. First place my daughter wants to come to eat when she is home from college!

I think the hummus and lentil soup are quite delicious at Star‘s Café. Portions are generous and the price is good for my wallet. And that’s a rare find for Ann Arbor. The lemonade is cold and refreshing and homemade. This spot also has plenty of nearby parking. If this review was helpful feel free to like it.

Unbelievable fresh fried falafel. It puts all other falafels to shame. Light, crispy, flavorful and steaming hot! Excellent garlic sauce too - not too spicy. You really cannot go wrong with anything you order here. The owners are friendly and are fun to talk to. Thanks for being a go to place for my family and friends to enjoy a bite to eat!

This is one of Ann Arbor’s best restaurant secrets. Great selection of menu items. The Chicken Shawarma or Gyros sandwich are two of my favorites! They offer a spicy sauce which takes their food to another level. Call ahead at lunch or dinner. This place is popular!

Delicious Middle Eastern eats, Lebanese style. This is a no frills space that pumps out a huge number of orders every day - because the food is so yummy. It can be hard to get a seat to dine in around peak times but you can carryout.

Very nice place to eat Shawarma sandwich, and the service is really fast too. The tables are always clean no matter how busy they are. I appreciate that very much. The Hummus is really good too.

Plenty of great vegetarian and meat options! This is one of our go-to places, especially mid-afternoon on Saturdays when we're running around and missed lunch hours at most places.

Amazing Mediterranean restaurant. Their sandwiches are very well priced and completely out of this world. The chicken is bit better than the gyro imo, but that's only because the grilled chicken is incredibly tasty.Super nice staff, you can tell they want you to have a good meal. They also make a mean coffee. Make sure to get some salt for the lentil soup, they probably undersalt it for those that can't have much salt. To management: Expand out your breakfast into a full menu (even if it's a small 5 item menu). Fry up some easy stuff on the grill (eggs, sausage, bacon), make a few breakfast wraps (eggs, potatoes, falafel, gyro meat + eggs + hot sauce, etc).

Very friendly and hard-working staff! We like the lentil soup, the smoothies, and most especially everything they make with eggplant.

Definitely try the spinach pie. It's super good. The hummus and fresh greens adds a nice kick to it.

These people are so incredibly kind, hospitable, and serve the best falafel I've tasted... and that's saying something! They make their own humus, tabouli, and falafel. How can it get any better than that? Thanks Mo, Ahmed, Ratib, and Mohamad! I'll be in soon for another honey latte. :)

Super friendly. Their chicken lemon rice soup is so delicious. Tried their meat shawarma and gyro salad and it definitely hit the spot. Even their chicken tenders and fries were surprisingly(since it's just chicken and fries) more tasty then any other place I've tried. Been there twice. Will definitely go there again.

I had to put down my sandwich half way through eating it to write this review because this place is that good. The decor is nothing to write home about but the sandwiches are stellar. Try the eggplant and cheese for a vegetarian alternative to the usual falafel. Cheap and cheerful, what more can you ask for!
